Identify your purchase first
Open your order in My Keys and read the full product name. This is the quickest way to avoid starting with a guide for a similarly named product. The setup hub groups products so you can select the matching entry.
Read the requirements and the whole checklist once before beginning. Knowing which steps involve a restart or a separate download makes it easier to keep track of your progress.
Follow one guide at a time
Do not combine steps from different loaders. For example, the Rust Storm guide includes Rust-specific Crosshair X instructions that are not shared with the ARC Raiders Storm guide. The selected guide should remain your reference throughout setup.
Stop at the first unclear step
If a download is unavailable or a step produces an unexpected error, record the product name, step number and exact message. Avoid repeatedly trying unrelated fixes. Some setup requirements affect Windows settings, so understand the changes and keep a record of what you alter. Send support only the information needed to identify the issue, keeping your credentials private.
