Find your order details
After payment confirmation, open My Keys and identify the Wardogs product you purchased. Keep the order reference available, but keep the license key private. If delivery has not appeared, check the payment state and order details before placing another order.
Read the matching guide
Go to Information → Setup Guides and select Wardogs Disconnect External. Review the requirements before beginning. A working game installation does not prove that every separate software requirement is already satisfied, and instructions from a Rust or Storm guide should not be substituted.
Use the download and support routes supplied for your exact product. A file with a similar name from a third-party conversation is not an equivalent source.
Make troubleshooting specific
If you cannot complete a step, note its number and copy the exact error text. Tell support the product name, operating system and when the problem occurs. A useful screenshot shows the error while hiding keys, passwords and personal account information. Stop repeating a failed action until you know what the message means.
