No Refund Policy
All sales made through United Cheats are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital and immediately deliverable nature of our products — software licenses and activation keys — we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood this policy in full.
Why We Cannot Issue Refunds
Digital software licenses and keys are:
- Delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.
- Irrecoverable once disclosed — a used or viewed key cannot be "returned".
- Consumed on activation, meaning their value is transferred immediately.
For these reasons, chargebacks or payment disputes filed after product delivery will be treated as fraud and may result in permanent account bans and legal action.
Exceptions
We will consider a resolution (store credit or replacement key) on a case-by-case basis only if:
- The product was not delivered due to a technical error on our side.
- You received a duplicate charge for the same order.
- The key provided was invalid and could not be activated after contact with our support team.
Detection events, game bans, or personal dissatisfaction with the product are not valid grounds for a refund.
Subscription & Recurring Billing
If you have an active subscription, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active subscription period.
